1- Fermented Cheese. Fermented, or ripened cheese is one of the most toxic foods known to man. The smallest quantity has a catastrophic result on the system. It disturbs digestion and makes all ferment in the digestive tract, so foods eaten don't advantage the body. Agreeing to Albert Mosséri, a European natural hygienist and researcher, fermented cheeses can create or exacerbate the following conditions: infection, fever, headaches, nausea, cold sensitivity, bad stools, bad digestion. Fermented (or ripened) cheese includes many French cheeses such as: camembert, roquefort, parmesan, blue cheese, aged goat cheese, brie, etc. Fresh or cooked cheese, aren't as bad, but are not recommended either. Their consumption leads to other problems. So in conclusion, no cheese is recommended for health,
but fermented cheese should be avoided like poison.

2- Fish and Seafood. Fish is getting a good reputation these days. We are told to eat
fish due to its richness in omega 3 oils. That is too bad, because fish and seafood
are some of the worst foods we can eat.

Healthy

Fish has a tendency to putrefy much faster than meat - maybe because it contains
more protein. If you put a piece of meat and a piece of fish next to each other in the
open air, you'll see that fish will go bad much faster. In our digestive tract, heat and
humidity encourage this putrefaction. The poisons then created from the
putrefaction of flesh foods, particularly fish, are dangerous to the system.

On top of that, there is positively no safe fish on this planet anymore. They are all
more or less contaminated with heavy metals such as mercury, whose effects on the
human body are highly detrimental and difficult to deal with. We know that 40

3- Spicy Food. Spicy food is any food where strong (or mild) spices has been added
to it. Spices include: black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, ginger, chili
peppers, raw garlic, raw onion, etc, and all the foods that comprise them: kimchee,
hot sauces, Tabasco, etc. The consumption of spices is highly detrimental to
health. They irritate the entire digestive tract, create mucus (that the body produces
to protect itself), and wreck digestion. Spices were first used as medicines, out of
superstition, and then in food. Habitancy became fast addicted to the stimulation
they provide and found themselves progressively unable to enjoy food in its natural
state. The worst food you can eat is spicy food, such as Indian, Thai, Mexican, etc.
In man not used to it, it will cause diarrhea. The man that is used to it has
undergone a process of morbid adaptation, where the protecting itself from the
harsh spices by hardening its surfaces. This protects against the harmful result of
spices to some extent, but at the same time it greatly diminishes assimilation, no
the food eaten doesn't advantage the body very much. Children and whatever with
normal instincts refuse spicy foods. Personally, I refuse to eat spicy food, whether
the spices are in a raw dish or a cooked one.

4- Coffee, Black Chocolate and Cacao -- First premise: coffee, chocolate and cacao
(raw or cooked) are stimulants. They comprise confident substances (caffeine and
theobromine) that disturb the nervous system. If a man is eating a more natural
diet, these poisons have an even more disturbing result on the system. For a raw-
foodist, one cup of coffee has the result of maybe four cups for man eating a
standard American diet. Personally, half a cup of coffee taken in the morning will
disturb my sleep at night, while my dad can drink a cup in the evening and still fall

5- Wine, and alcohol -- Agreeing to toxicology (the branch of pharmacology that
deals with the nature and effects and treatments of poisons), alcohol is classified as
a protoplasmic poison, because it is poisoning to both plants and animals - from
the smallest microbe to the most complex animal. Alcohol kills microbes but also
kills the cells of a complex organism, such as the human being. It is an intoxicant
that ruins millions of lives and kills Habitancy by the thousand each day, directly or
indirectly.

Unfortunately, it has come to be a social habit in many parts of the world to intoxicate
oneself with alcohol. This poison habit is so prevalent and is such an intricate part
of our lives that is now considered abnormal to abstain from this popular intoxicant.
Most condition professionals are aware of the ill effects of alcohol, but few will
recommend to give it up completely. They will talk about "moderation." "Drink, they
will say, but be moderate." How can man be moderate with such an unhealthy
and addictive product? To my understanding, moderation is only valid for the
healthy factors of life, not unhealthy one. For example, no physician will tell you, "be
moderate in smoking," although that is what they used to say. Can we be moderate
with cocaine too?

Now, my readers should understand that when man eats a healthy diet, alcohol
has an even more disastrous result on the body. That is because the body has
stopped protecting itself from the varied poisons found in a contemporary diet, because
it is no longer or less in perceive with them. Just like a child who has never taken
alcohol will strongly react to it when drinking it for the first time. So my dear
readers, even that minuscule glass of wine has a catastrophic result on the system. And
when drunk with a meal, it makes all ferment in the digestive tract. No if
you cannot resist that glass of wine, only have a minuscule and on an empty stomach
only, not with a meal.

everybody Poops - What Your Poop May Be Trying to Tell You

I have to admit up front, this is going to be the crappiest article I've ever written.

You see, as I was walking my dogs Marty and Rosie the other day, it occurred to me that poop plays a huge role in my life. I'm not afraid to admit it. I pick up after my dogs every day, I scoop my cat's litter box every day (Ok, not Every day, but it no ifs ands or buts feels that way), and I talk with my clients about their bowel movements. In fact, while I was in India this past summer, poop was no ifs ands or buts the number one topic of conversation between my colleagues and me, as we compared notes on who had diarrhea and who was still healthy. I even remained on "poop watch," for several weeks after my return to the States, making sure that all was Ok (and thankfully, it was!)

Healthy

So, if you are a pet owner, parent, condition care professional, or world traveler, you probably know what I mean!

But many citizen don't get to talk about poop as much as I do. I know this because when I ask citizen about their poop, I often get blank stares and uncomfortable looks. So, I let's talk about all of the questions that citizen want answered but are regularly afraid to ask. After all, your poop is an leading indicator of your full, health!

What is Poop?

Have you ever wondered what poop no ifs ands or buts is? About 75% of your average poop is water, although this will vary depending on the person. Water is absorbed out of fecal material as it passes through the large intestine, so the longer you take to "go," the drier your poop will be.

The remaining 25% is comprised of dead bacteria that helped us discharge our food, living bacteria, protein, undigested food residue (also known as fiber), waste material from food, cellular linings, fats, cholesterol, salts, protein, and substances released from the liver and the intestines (such as mucus).

What Makes a salutary Poop?

Your feces are a clear indicator of the condition of your gastrointestinal tract. Dr. Mehmet Oz says, "At the end of the day you can analyze your body no ifs ands or buts effectively by looking at what comes out of your body."

So what should you look for? A salutary poop will be:
Golden brown, which is due to pigments formed by the bacteria in the gut and bile from the liver. You want to make sure the color is normal because that tells you a lot about what's going on in your gastrointestinal tract (more on color below). Formed into one long shape. Dr. Michael Levitt, an Australian colorectal surgeon who has written a book called The Bowel Book, says that the salutary human stool resembles the shape and consistency (although not the same color) of an unripe banana. Dr. Oz says " You don't want [pieces]." Some experts disagree, saying they don't have to be well- formed. Patrick Donovan, N.D., a naturopath in Seattle, Wa says "Stools don't have to be well- formed logs. They can disperse in the toilet water; they can break down." Nearly odorless. About 1 to 2 inches in diameter and 18 inches long.
What About Other Colors?

Sometimes we don't see that "golden guru," and are faced with something else instead. Here's some understanding into what those other colors might mean.
Black: Feces can be black if dried blood is present in it from internal bleeding in the upper digestive tract. See a physician if this is the case. Very Dark Brown: Drinking wine the night before may corollary in dark brown poop. This could also be the corollary of eating too much salt, or not sufficient vegetables. Yellow: One condition that can cause yellow poop is an infection known as giardia, a hazardous infection that can spread to others. an additional one cause of yellow poop may be a condition known as Gilbert's syndrome. See your physician if you are consistently looking yellow poop. Green: Babies often have green poop when they are given food for the first time. Children may have green or blue poop from sure illnesses or from ingesting food colorings. Adults may also have green poop if they eat large amounts of green, leafy vegetables or if they eat large amounts of foods with green food coloring. Light green poop may indicate excessive sugar in the diet. Green feces can also occur with diarrhea if bile salts pass through the intestine unchanged. Again, see a physician if you are concerned! White/pale: Feces can appear white or pale after drinking barium sulfate, which is often given to patients getting an X-ray of the digestive tract. A white or pale stool may also be an indication of problems with the gallbladder or liver. Red: interesting red in the feces may be indicative of active bleeding, perhaps the corollary of hemorrhoids. A magenta color may corollary form eating intense red food coloring, or red foods such as beets.
How Often Should I Poop?

Ah - the big question! Experts disagree on how often a someone should poop. The National establish for Diabetes, Kidney, and Digestive Diseases says three times a week is normal and salutary for some people. Agreeing to Ayurveda, an aged Indian healing system, once a day is ideal. Other experts advocate once or twice a day, while still others say a someone should have a bowel movement within two to three hours of a major meal- -or two to three times a day. So you can see that it no ifs ands or buts depends on who you talk to. My personal view is that you above all want to be regular in your pooping schedule, and that one poop a day is ideal.

When someone poops four times a day or more and the poop has a liquid consistency, this is referred to as diarrhea. When someone poops less than two or three days a week and the poop is hard, dry, and difficult to pass, this is known as constipation.

What's the Deal with Corn?

It's funny, so it's ok to laugh. But most citizen I know have experienced it and they ask why it is that when you eat corn, the next time you poop there it is again! There are a merge of reasons for this. One is that most of us do not fully chew our food. an additional one interesting tidbit I've learned that there is an outer coating on corn that is made up of indigestible cellulose. This outer coating slips off the inner kernel and, since it's indigestible, passes through the gut intact. It then emerges looking like a whole kernel, even though it's just the outer skin. The inside of the kernel is starchy and digestible, and that is the part that we corollary in chewing and digesting.

How Body pH Can sway Your energy Levels

What Most people Don'T Realize; We Are Bio Electrical Engines

In order to achieve all the many millions of complicated functions that occur over the course of the day, your body has to be able to quote with itself... All the way down to the cellular level. And do you know how it does this? through pulses of electricity. That's right, electricity.

Healthy

Your body operates on an electro magnetic current. Believe it or not, all of the organs in your body emit these fields of electrical current. In fact, nerve signals are nothing more than electrical charges.

What creates this electrical power in your body is a very fine balance that exists in your bio chemistry. And of all the systems in your body that depend on this delicate, bio chemical balance, one of the most foremost is your blood stream. This is where pH comes into play. But what is pH?

What Ph Is And Why It Is foremost To All Your Body Functions

Ph is a scale that measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. The scale ranges from 1 to 14 with 1 being very acid, 7 neutral and 14 very alkaline.

So what does pH have to do with you and your blood? Well, the pH of your blood is extremely important. The ideal pH level for your blood is right around 7.35 and your body goes to astronomical lengths to contend this level.

Why? Because if your blood pH were to vary 1 or 2 points in either direction, it would change the electrical chemistry in your body, there would be no electrical power and in short order you would drop dead. As you can see, maintaining the right pH level in your blood is pretty important!!

With this in mind a good way to avoid upsetting this delicate bio chemical balance would be to take a look at those things that can compromise the maintenance of the ideal pH level in your body. And what is the main culprit in this case? The riposte is the creation of acid in your body.

Before we look at what causes acid, here's a visible example to give you an idea of what can happen in the blood when your pH drops to less than ideal. Red blood cells are how oxygen is transported to all the cells in your body.

As red blood cells move into the tiny, little, capillaries, the space they have to move through gets pretty small. In fact, the diameter of the capillaries gets so small that the red blood cells sometimes have to pass through these capillaries one red blood cell at a time!

Because of this, and because it's foremost for the red blood cells to be able to flow actually and speedily through your body, they have a mechanism that allows them to remain separate from each other. This mechanism comes in the form of the surface of salutary red blood cells having a negative charge. This causes them to stay apart from each other, sort of like when you try to push the negative ends of two magnets together. They resist each other and stay apart.

Unfortunately, acid interferes with this very foremost mechanism in a pretty frightening way. Acid actually strips away the negative fee from red blood cells. The consequent is that your red blood cells then tend to clump together and not flow as easily. This makes it much more difficult for them to flow actually through the bloodstream.

But it also makes it harder for them to move freely through those small capillaries. This means less oxygen gets to your cells. Acid also weakens the red blood cells and they begin to die. And guess what they issue into your system when they die? More acid.

I could quote a whole list of processes that occur when your system becomes and remains acid but I think you get the idea. The point is that aside from the acid that is secreted into your stomach to aid digestion, acid in your body is bad. actually bad.

In regard to producing power in the body, here's an easy query for you. What do you think happens to a person's power level if over time their system becomes more and more acid, their biochemical balance is disrupted and their red blood cells can't deliver oxygen and nutrients as efficiently to all their cells? The riposte is simple. Their power level drops. Dramatically.

Are you beginning to get the photograph here as to the importance of pH in your body? Good. Now let's take a quick look at what causes acidity in your body and then look at steps you can take to get your body pH back to an ideal level.

What Causes Acid In The Body

The traditional cause of an acidic health in your body is from what you put in your mouth. In other words, what you eat and what you drink. And it isn't how "acid" something may seem when you eat or drink it. It has to do with what is left over when you suck up it.

Specifically, does eating or drinking something leave behind an acid or alkaline "ash". For example, I don't know about you but I love seafood. Scallops are one of my favorites. However, when your body digests scallops, it leaves an extremely acid ash. In fact, scallops are one of the most acid foods you can eat.

Unfortunately, a lot of the things most people put in their mouths originate an acid ash. These contain alcohol, coffee and a lot of flesh protein in your diet. Interestingly enough, stress also tends to originate an acid health in the body.

Steps You Can Immediately Take To heighten Your Ph

Fortunately, it is pretty easy to immediately change your pH for the better and make it more alkaline. The first step is to understand which of the foods you are eating and the drinks you are drinking are acid and which are alkaline. Then it's simply a matter of eliminating some of the more acid foods you are eating and adding in more alkaline foods.

However, before you start, it's foremost to get a baseline of what the pH is in your body so that you can see how you are enhancing or if you need to continue to eliminate more acid foods and add in more alkaline ones.

Heart wholesome Snacks for Kids and Adults

The U.S. Division of condition and Human Services says we should eat no more than 2,400 milligrams of sodium (salt) a day. The World condition assosication (Who) says the same thing. But Americans, on average, are eating 4,000 milligrams of salt a day, and much of it comes from bistro meals, freezing meals, and canned food.

Salt is an acquired taste and the more salt kids eat the more they want. This concerns condition experts because salt is one of the major causes of high blood pressure and pre-high blood pressure.

Healthy

Kids get well hungry between meals. All too often, kids snack on high-sugar, high-salt, and high-fat foods. They eat these snacks because they are available. Similarly, kids will eat wholesome snacks if they are available. Kids will enjoy wholesome snacks if you involve them in preparation. You may want to make Saturday your "official" snack preparation day.

Young children can wash grapes, bag them in zipper snack bags, and pop them in the freezer. Kids will enjoy making pure fruit juice ice pops as well. Older kids may assemble the ingredients for personel pizzas and note the baking directions on a recipe card. The last thing you can do to promote wholesome snacks is to store them at a reachable height. These snacks will quell kids' hunger and tide them over until the next meal.

* Low-fat cheddar and a dollop of chutney on salt-free crackers

* 1% cottage cheese with fresh or freezing fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches)

* Pure fruit juice ice pops

* Drained and chilled Mandarin oranges in plastic zipper snack bags

* Flavored water

The last way to promote wholesome snacks is to take kids grocery shopping. Let them choose the fresh fruits and veggies they enjoy best. Ask kids to read food labels, too, especially the sugar content, salt content, and serving size. Get on the heart wholesome path and enjoy these snacks with your kids.
