More than half of your body is made up of water. If you do not replenish the water contents that you lose daily straight through breathing, sweating, and urinating, then you will "dehydrate' all your systems and parts of your body like muscles, tendons, blood, and ligaments.

So unless you've lived under a rock for years, you know that drinking enough liquids to replenish and rehydrate your body is the smart, wholesome thing to do. But what liquids do you put into your body?
